Environmental Impact Report – Keremim Park, Kiryat Anavim – Y.D. Barazani

A comprehensive environmental report was prepared for the Keremim Park development in Kiryat Anavim to support the planning approval process with the Israeli Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Sorek Environmental Unit. The study included an assessment of the site's environmental characteristics, geological, ecological, hydrological, and meteorological reviews, evaluation of natural assets, analysis of drainage and environmental quality aspects, and verification of compliance with national and regional planning policies. The findings provided planning recommendations that support the development of commercial facilities, agritourism, and public services while preserving the landscape, environmental values, and open spaces of the Judean Hills.
